Joey leads a team of over 80 digital specialists and oversees multiple departments including; customer experience strategy, user experience design, mobile and web development, data & Insights, social media, content production and business analytics. Responsibilities include business strategy, business development, client partnership, talent custodianship and day-to-day general management.
