Hilton is the director and owner of YBA. He keeps the gears meshed. The rain in Spain doesn't stay mainly on the plains. It may fall there, but Hilton then moves that rain into the mountains. His one wish is to be the world's best social media strategist & speaker on all matters pertaining to branding.
He began his career while still at school, where at the tender age of 16, he was part-time assistant to the MD of a boutique promotions company. He jumped from there to marketing manager of an Austrian based function and entertainment venue. In the early 2000's he spent some time launching an upmarket & luxurious eatery brand, where he became an expert in developing and executing highly successful, innovative strategies in direct response advertising. Having dealings with several ad agencies, it wasn't long until Hilton was poached for the position of client services and operations manager at a below-the-line ad agency. For a number of years, he worked on their biggest accounts creating and implementing tactical marketing strategies for many popular brands within the retail and property arena.
After more than seven years of providing branding solutions for the agency's clients, he noticed the need of many clients to have a solid brand design plan and digital communications strategy. With his entrepreneurial instincts kicking in, he launched his own ad agency, Your Brand Agency. He's now building an agency of street smart, creative thinkers with the entire team focus being just that 'on your brand'. In addition to being a master of traditional media (in his opinion), Hilton and his team are fast becoming innovators in all phases of 21st century digital communications. He's constantly harnessing it to serve every conceivable marketing goal. Although we all mock him for being an overachiever, and for his agonising 'hiltonisms', the truth is he's a whiz at interactive brand solutions and an incredibly talented brand strategist.
