After 4 years at KPMG in South Africa and the UK, I was then fortunate enough to combine my corporate experience and qualifications with my inherent strategic interests and my passion for sport at Mscsports, a full-service sport and entertainment agency in South Africa, which delivers impact through creative and innovative solutions based in deep knowledge.

I currently fulfil 2 roles at Mscsports. Having started as CFO in 2015, I transitioned into a senior strategic role in 2018, whilst retaining oversight of the finance function and team. My primary role is head of strategic communications, managing a team focused on delivering the agency value proposition through research, strategy, creative and measurement functions.

During my time at Mscsports I have overseen the implementation of new innovations and offerings including:

- Development of a proprietary sponsorship measurement index
- A digital performance marketing tool delivering measurable ROI on sponsorships for brands and rights holders

I grew up in a sporting family and have a strong appreciation for the life lessons learnt through the great joy and deep disappointments sports constantly present. I am an active participant in cricket, golf and running, with my greatest recent accomplishment being completing back-to-back Comrades Marathons, a 90km ultra-marathon in South Africa. Other interests include travel, food and reading.

I am passionate about what I do and a strong believer in the need to continuously learn and self-improve to stay relevant in a world where change is the only constant.
