Vehicle Invoicing Clerk
A well-established dealership located in Milnerton Cape Town is looking for a experienced vehicle invoicing clerk.
Requirements:- Candidates must have at least three years' relevant working experience in the automotive industry as a vehicle invoice clerk (No other experience will be considered)
- Grade 12
- Keyloop proficiency is advantageous
- Must be able to handle pressure
- Good administration skills and attention to detail
Duties/responsibilities:- Vehicle invoicing
- Assessing deal file against compliancy against checklist
- Floorplan payment proposing and preparation
- Preparation of vehicle creditor payments
- Vehicle creditor recons
- Floorplan recons
- Basic office administration
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
