Workshop Foreman
A dealership in Middelburg is looking for a Volkswagen certified workshop foreman to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Manage and grow workshop technicians
- Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
- Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
- Ensure high-quality customer service is met
- Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
- Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
- Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Trade test certificate (motor mechanic)
- Masters certificate / diagnostic certificate
- Volkswagen or Audi certified (non-negotiable!)
- Valid driver's licence
- Computer literate
