Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic
preowned vehicle sales manager to join their team in
Hatfield, Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the preowned vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, preferably with preowned vehicles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
