Cost and Warranty Clerk

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organised cost and warranty clerk to join their dynamic team in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update vehicle cost records.
  • Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
  • Verify and reconcile warranty payments.
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding warranty issues.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to vehicle cost and warranty processing.
  • Generate and analyse reports on warranty claims and cost data.
Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
