Cost and Warranty Clerk
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organised
cost and warranty clerk to join their dynamic team in
Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update vehicle cost records.
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
- Verify and reconcile warranty payments.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding warranty issues.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to vehicle cost and warranty processing.
- Generate and analyse reports on warranty claims and cost data.
Qualifications:- Matric certificate or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
