CRM Digital Admin / Consultant (6-Month Contract)
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree (Preferably a commercial one)
- 4-7 years in Consumer Behavior Analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience collaborating with External Agencies
- A working knowledge of CRM data systems
- Experience in customer acquisition tactics
- E-commerce experience would be an advantage
Responsibilities- Implement the various briefed business unit campaigns
- Provide behaviorally primed potential audiences
- Regularly provide insight-led campaign reports and help make any tactical corrections as necessary
- Provide budget recommendations per campaign
- Manage a hardworking CRM team
- Proactively provide the business units with opportunities for experimentation with audiences
- Manage the alignment of campaigns to relevant audiences, driving optimal cost-per-lead matrices
- Seek out industry trends and emerging new technologies
