Who are we looking for: A super creative Social Media Expert with a strong command of graphic design, video creation and excellent communication skills.
What will you do:- Manage and maintain social media profiles for multiple brands
- Create engaging and visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Ability to create engaging video content in different formats and for multiple platforms
- Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience
- Monitor and respond to comments and inbox messages promptly and professionally
- Develop, implement and present social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Use software tools to manage and schedule content postings efficiently
- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
- Ensure that any campaigns are in line with the broader marketing strategy and executed timeously
- Strong computer literacy skills and knowledge of the various software and tools available for Social Media Content Creators
What do you need:- Proven experience as a social media expert and content creator
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite
- Expertise in video creation and editing for social media, using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut Pro
- Expertise in running social media ads across all platforms, with the ability to report on ad performance in relation to goals and objectives to drive online sales
- Increase engagement on all social media platforms
- Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple social media profiles and brands simultaneously
- Experience in creating, implementing and presenting social media strategies
- Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and posting content
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with WordPress and emailing software is a bonus
