    KDN subscribers enjoy more bandwidth

Kenya Data Networks have quadrupled its bandwidth offering for all its existing and new clients. This offer went into effect on Wednesday, 21 October 2009. Clients previously receiving 1Mbps now enjoy 4Mbps and only pay for 1Mbps and the other 3Mbps are offered free of charge.

“The increase in bandwidth is part of KDN's commitment to support our clients by providing them with a world-class infrastructure and adequate bandwidth capacity that will ensure an unmatched quality of service and a world-class internet experience,” said Kai Wulff, KDN's CEO.

“The demand for increased bandwidth is being driven by our customers who have started to embrace the broadband culture and butterfly lifestyle,” said Wulff.

KDN's focus on home broadband users with Butterfly Home office connection and SME businesses through the broadband service has created alternatives for internet users to choose from. The new broadband capacity is targeted at the rapidly growing demand for international high-speed connectivity and is expected to offer efficient and increased content.
