Agricultural business chamber, Agbiz, has appointed Theo Boshoff as its new manager: legal intelligence.
Boshoff was previously the legal officer of Agri SA and is currently in the process of compiling an LLM, full dissertation on the link between the doctrine of public custodianship and its possible extension to land.
Boshoff is a specialist in policy advocacy – tracking legal and policy developments in land reform, labour and environmental law.
