Tronette Dippenaar to oversee The Marine's Origins Restaurant
Tronette Dippenaar has been appointed as the Marine Hotel's new head chef. Dippenaar will oversee the hotel's Origins Restaurant.
Dippenaar started her culinary career at The Aghulas Country Lodge and has since worked in the kitchens of several local hotels including The Plettenberg Hotel, The Cellars-Hohenort, and the Lord Milner Hotel.
