Goldman Sachs appoints its first CMO
Goldman Sachs has appointed Fiona Carter as its first chief marketing officer, reports Adweek. In her new role, Carter will oversee Goldman Sachs' brand marketing, content, and digital strategy globally and will report directly to president and chief operating officer John Waldron.
Carter has over 27 years of branding and communications experience as is currently chief brand and advertising officer at AT&T. She also served as a chief operating officer of advertising, branding, and research for Omnicom Group and as an executive vice president at BBDO New York.
Carter will start the CMO role Goldman Sachs on 1 September 2020.
