Leba Mashao has been appointed human resources executive at AfriSam

Mashao was previously head of Human Resources at Johannesburg electricity distributor, City Power. She brings to AfriSam a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, with particular focus on business strategy, transformation and change management. Mashao's previous career experience includes heading up the Human Resources function for British Aerospace Systems South Africa and CS Holdings.

She has worked for the Ministry of Labour in the same field and has consulting industry experience from Anderson Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Argil Business Management Consulting. Mashao holds a BA degree from the University of Limpopo as well as management and organisational development qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa (UNISA) respectively.
