Kenyan minister skydives for tourism
Kenya Tourism cabinet secretary, Najib Balala took to the skies in order to promote the country's tourism industry which has been affected by years of terrorism and negative travel advice.
The 3,353 metre sky-dive (filmed on a GoPro) to Kenya's Watamu Coast was aimed at showing the world that Kenya has so much more to offer other than sun-kissed beaches and safari - but that activities such as scuba diving and kite surfing can also be done here.
Balala joined the Kenya Ministry of Tourism funded #KenyaLive campaign in Watamu - where he released a rehabilitated turtle back into the Indian Ocean, which was live streamed on Twitter's Periscope app - a world's first.
