The Crowne Plaza Nairobi features a fully equipped business centre – run by a professional secretarial team to help guests with conference calls, seating arrangements and equipment – with amenities like high-speed internet and the availability of hassle-free communication devices such as laptops.

The hotel features three large meeting rooms, a gym and rooftop pool with a 180-degree view of the grasslands surrounding the Mombasa - Nairobi highway, as well as a spa. The hotel also features in-house shopping facilities that provide necessities, as well as authentic Kenyan curios. Additionally, the hotel offers wildlife safaris and excursions to the Nairobi National Park.

Guests visiting the hotel are able to enjoy Kenyan brews as well as coffees from around the world, with dining options offering both international and local cuisine. Guests can also get a taste of authentic English dining and beverages at Velocity, a contemporary interpretation of an authentic English pub.
