Marcus Brewster Publicity has been appointed to handle media liaison surrounding TAG Heuer's 2005 global brand ambassadors Uma Thurman and Brad Pitt for South Africa.
TAG Heuer, the worldwide leader in luxury sports watches and chronographs since 1860, signed Thurman and Pitt earlier this month to a long-term ambassador agreement with the Swiss watchmaking legend, covering product development, advertising, public relations and merchandising.
Thurman joins TAG Heuer's extraordinary roster of female Ambassadors, Russian Tennis player and the winner of 2004 Wimbledon Maria Sharapova, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen, and freediving world champion Tanya Streeter. In particular, the new ambassador will bring her insights to
bear on the New Link ladies and the New Carrera series, two major series epitomizing style and glamour like Uma.
Hollywood icon Brad Pitt joins golfing star Tiger Woods, F1 race driver Juan Pablo Montoya and NASCAR driver and will be directly involved in the development of new TAG Heuer products.
Uma Thurman will soon be showcased extensively in the famous TAG Heuer advertising campaign, "What are you made of?" shot by world famous photographer Patrick Demarchelier.
