Job description
In Vision Marketing is a continuously growing company and we are currently looking to recruit candidates who are motivated, hard working and who are willing to work with people. Our company is a direct sales and marketing company meaning our sales are are based on face to face interactions with customers.
No previous work experience is required as we believe in moulding our partners ourselves therefore we provide training and coaching on a daily basis. Our partners also get to travel, expanding their knowledge and experiences as our company believes mostly on growth and becoming better versions of ourselves.
We also hold competitions and give incentives to those who meet or exceed their sales goals to motivate them to keep doing their amazing work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales efforts with Marketing programs
- Building positive relationships with existing customers
- Evaluating customers needs
- Attending sales meetings and training on a daily basis
- Maintaining client records
- Creating and maintaining customers database
- Presenting and demonstrating sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
